Item 5.02.     Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 2, 2025, Mr. David M. Hession notified Dorman Products, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to retire as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company later this year. The Company has retained an executive search firm to assist with the CFO search and is implementing a comprehensive transition plan. Mr. Hession will continue in his current role until his successor is appointed, at which time he will assume an advisory role for a transition period.
