    On May 5, 2026, Isabella Bank Corporation (the "Company") held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The matters listed below were submitted to a vote of the Company’s shareholders through the solicitation of proxies, and the proposals are described in the Company's Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 23, 2026.
