Vidler Water Resources, Inc. (“Vidler”) announced today that the previously disclosed agreement between its subsidiary, Fish Springs Ranch, LLC (“FSR”) and Truckee Meadows Water Authority in Reno, Nevada (“TMWA”) has been formally approved by TMWA’s Board.
