C&N DECLARES DIVIDEND

Wellsboro, PA – Citizens & Northern Corporation (“C&N”) (NASDAQ: CZNC) announced that on April 23, 2026, C&N’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2026 to shareholders of record as of May 4, 2026.
