David L. Trautman, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Park National Corporation (the "Company"), will make a presentation during the Company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 22, 2024 which will be held as a virtual meeting beginning at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
