| Item 5.03 | Amendments to Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year. |
On May 5, 2025, SJW Group filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation (the “Certificate of Amendment”) with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware to change its name to H2O America which became effective upon filing. A copy of the Certificate of Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
