Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On June 17, 2024, the Board of Directors of National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation elected G. Anthony Norton, age 72, as President. Mr. Norton has served as a director of Snapping Shoals Electric Membership Corporation in Covington, Georgia since 1993. Mr. Norton has also served as a director at Georgia System Operations Corporation in Tucker, Georgia since 2012.
