This Current Report on Form 8-K contains forward-looking statements within the meaning of the federal securities laws, including within the meaning of the “safe harbor” provisions of the United States Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Forward-looking statements generally relate to future events or the future financial or operating performance of EM&T and may include, without limitation, statements regarding the potential effects of EM&T’s inclusion in the Russell 3000® Index and Russell 2000® Index and applicable style indexes, including potential visibility among institutional or index-oriented investors, EM&T’s strategy, business plans, growth opportunities, expected production capacities, anticipated market demand, regulatory developments, and other future events or conditions.
