Other Events

On December 9, 2023, Century Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the presentation of initial clinical data from a single-patient case study in which the Company believes support the potential for a multi-dosing strategy for CAR iNK enabled by Allo-Evasion™ edits at the 65^th American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting and Exposition, being held December 9-12^th in San Diego, California. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

On December 11, 2023, the Company updated information reflected in a slide presentation, which is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. Representatives of the Company will use the updated presentation in various meetings with investors from time to time.
