Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 19, 2025, Estrella Immunopharma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that D. Boral Capital, a leading investment bank, has initiated coverage on the Company, assigning a Buy rating to the Company and established a 12 month price target of $16.00. The press release issued by the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
