Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 30, 2026, Joy C. Selting-Buchberger, the Chief Financial Officer of Marathon Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and Marathon Bank (the “Bank”) informed the Boards of Directors of the Company and the Bank of her decision to retire as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank on July 2, 2027.
