Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 14, 2024, Mondee Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") announced financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2024, in a press release (the "Press Release") attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company is making reference to non-GAAP financial information in both the Press Release and Conference Call. A reconciliation of GAAP to non-GAAP results is provided in the attached Exhibit 99.1 Press Release.
