Dyne Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 30, 2025. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.

The stockholders of the Company elected Edward Hurwitz and Dirk Kersten as Class II directors, each to serve for a three-year term expiring at the 2028 annual meeting of stockholders and until his respective successor has been duly elected and qualified.
