Other Events.

On June 3, 2025 (June 4, 2025 in Australia), Coronado Global Resources Inc. (the “Company”) lodged an announcement with the Australian Securities Exchange announcing that the Company entered into a binding commitment letter to refinance the Company’s senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility. A copy of the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
