Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 16, 2024 (January 17, 2024 in Australia), Coronado Global Resources Inc. (“Coronado”) lodged an announcement with the Australian Securities Exchange announcing that it intends to host a conference call for its investors on January 22, 2024 (January 23, 2024 in Australia). Details for the call are contained in the announcement. A copy of the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
