Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 20, 2025, Aterian, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release in the form of a letter to shareholders in which the Company commented on its achievements in 2024 and updated its outlook on expected net revenues and cash position for the fourth quarter 2024, with preliminary results of operations for the quarter. Additionally, the letter discusses some of the Company’s expectations for 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
