On May 29, 2026, BioNexus Gene Lab Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release titled “BioNexus Gene Lab Corp. Calls for Malaysia-China Biotechnology Cooperation to Move Beyond Trade into Co-Development,” highlighting the Company’s participation in the 2026 China-Malaysia Economic Cooperation Outlook Forum held on May 21, 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the Company’s views regarding Malaysia-China biotechnology cooperation, precision healthcare collaboration, cross-border biotechnology commercialization and related platform-building opportunities.
