Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 4, 2024, Scholar Rock Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release which contained information regarding the
Company’s preliminary, unaudited estimate of cash and cash equivalents of approximately $280 million as of December 31, 2023, which is projected to fund the Company’s operations into the second half of 2025. This information is preliminary and
unaudited. The Company expects to report its audited cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities, as well as other information necessary for a complete understanding of its financial position, in its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year
ended December 31, 2023.
