On May 11, 2023, Eargo, Inc. (“Eargo” or the “Company”) announced certain financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. A copy of Eargo’s press release, titled “Eargo Reports First Quarter 2023 Financial Results,” is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
