Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On February 26, 2024, Krystal Biotech, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2023. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
