On September 9, 2026, representatives of Bit Digital, Inc. ( the “Company”) began making presentations to investors using slides containing the information attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 (the “Investor Deck”) and incorporated herein by reference. This Investor Deck is expected to be used by the Company in connection with certain future presentations to investors and others. In particular, the Company may utilize the Investor Deck while making a presentation at the Moody Capital Solutions 2026 Disruptive Growth & Life Sciences Conference on September 9-10, 2026, and at the H.C. Wainwright 28th Annual Global Investment Conference on September 14-16, 2026.
