On February 8, 2022, Dennis Suskind submitted his resignation as a director of the Company, with immediate effect. Mr. Suskind submitted his resignation to pursue other interests. The Company’s Board has accepted the resignation. At this time, the Company is not actively seeking a replacement on the Board for Mr. Suskind.
