On December 20, 2022, Satsuma Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update on its STS101 development program as well as a general corporate update. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. In addition, the Company made available on its website a presentation discussing the updated development program. A copy of the press release and the presentation materials are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
