On April 28, 2022, PCSB Financial Corporation, the holding company for PCSB Bank, issued a press release to report its consolidated financial results for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2022 and the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend. A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
