Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 15, 2023, NexTier Oilfield Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing results for the fourth quarter and full year ending December 31, 2022. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.

On February 16, 2023, NexTier will hold a conference call for investors at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) to discuss fourth quarter and full year 2022 financial and operating results. Hosting the call will be management of the Company, including Robert Drummond, President and Chief Executive Officer and Kenny Pucheu, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
