On May 12, 2025, Ramaco Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial and operating results for the first quarter of 2025 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

On May 12, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing that its board of directors approved and declared a cash dividend of $0.1811 per share of Class B common stock, payable on June 13, 2025 to shareholders of record as of May 30, 2025. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
