Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On December 6, 2023, Ramaco Resources, Inc. (the “Company) issued a press release announcing an increase in its quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s Class A common stock. The Company’s board of directors approved and declared a 10% increase in the Company’s quarterly cash dividend to $0.1375 per share of Class A common. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2024 to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2024. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
