On May 23, 2025, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) approved Odyssey Group International, Inc.’s name change on the OTC Markets to Odyssey Health, Inc., effective as of May 27, 2025. The name change was approved by the shareholders at the September 14, 2021, annual shareholder meeting and was effectuated by the State of Nevada via an amendment to the issuer’s Articles of Incorporation filed December 1, 2021, and effective October 8, 2021.

The current OTC Market symbol ODYY remains the same.
