On February 16, 2023, Syneos Health, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2022. The full text of the press release was posted on the Company’s internet website and is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

On February 14, 2023, Linda A. Harty informed the Chair of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company of her decision to resign, effective as of March 1, 2023, from her position as a member of the Board. Ms. Harty’s decision was not related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
