Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.  

 

On April 22, 2019, in connection with its previously announced partial reduction of scope of the business in the United States, Presbia PLC (the “Company”) notified Valeriano Lima that it was terminating his position as Corporate Controller, Head of Financial Planning and Analysis and Company Secretary.  Zohar Loshitzer, our principal executive officer, has assumed the responsibilities of Mr. Lima as “principal financial officer” and “principal accounting officer” for purposes of the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
