Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

 

(a) The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company was held on May 16, 2025. At the close of business on March 20, 2025, which was the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting, there were 574,498,015 outstanding shares of common stock eligible to vote at the Annual Meeting, constituting all of the outstanding voting securities of the Company.
