On October 12, 2023, CNH Industrial N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company completed its acquisition of Hemisphere GNSS for a total consideration of $175 million. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
