Item 8.01.
Other Events.
 
On January 15, 2025, Constellium SE (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, beginning with its reports for the 2024 fiscal year, the Company will voluntarily transition to reporting its financial results in U.S. Dollars and under U.S. GAAP. The Company also announced that it will begin filing its annual reports on Form 10-K and using other domestic forms for its SEC reporting.
 
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
