Item 1.02. Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On March 14, 2025, Mullen Automotive Inc. (the “Company”), sent a termination notice to Volt Mobility Holding Ltd. (“Volt Mobility”) regarding the Purchase Agreement entered into on August 23, 2024, and the subsequent Amendment to the Purchase Agreement entered into on November 4, 2024, which assigned the agreement to Lessor Car Rental LLC (as amended, the “Purchase Agreement”), pursuant to which Volt Mobility’s assignor agreed to purchase Mullen commercial EVs at preferred wholesale pricing for distribution in the United Arab Emirates region as an exclusive representative.
