On February 4, 2025, Vivos Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce encouraging initial results from its human clinical trials of Radiogel™ Precision Radionuclide Therapy, and the potential expansion of the human clinical trials following a detailed assessment of the available data from the patients. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
