While we believe that these non-GAAP financial measures may be useful in evaluating our financial information, they should be considered as supplemental in nature and not as a substitute for financial information prepared in accordance with GAAP. Reconciliations, definitions, and how we believe these measures are useful to management and investors are provided below. Adjusted EBITDA, Adjusted EBITDA Margin on Revenue, Adjusted Net Income, Adjusted Diluted EPS, Free Cash Flow, and Organic Revenue exclude the impact of the items detailed in the supplemental exhibits, as these items are generally not operational in nature. These non- GAAP measures also provide another basis for comparing period to period results by excluding potential differences caused by non-operational and unusual or non-recurring items. “Revenue, Excluding Billable Expenses” represents revenue less billable expenses.
