On February 12, 2024, Melissa K. McSherry, EVP, Chief Operating Officer and a named executive officer of Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (the "Company") announced her decision to step down from her role, effective February 26, 2024, and serve as a strategic advisor to the Company until April 1, 2024.
On February 12, 2024, the Company announced the appointment of Rudy Wolfs as its Chief Technology Officer, effective February 22, 2024.
