Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On June 12, 2025, OneMeta, Inc., (the “Company”) entered into an Agreement (the “Agreement”) with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, a Utah corporation sole (the “Church”). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Church will use the Company’s VerbumOnSite product to provide live translation and transcription services for the Church’s public religious meetings throughout the world.
