Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 8, 2019, our company announced that, effective July 2, 2019, Sandra Perry resigned as a director of the Company.  Ms. Perry’s resignation was not as a result of a disagreement with our company or any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.
