Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 27, 2025, Box, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2025. In the press release, the Company also announced that it will hold a conference call on May 27, 2025 to discuss its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2025. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
