Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 20, 2021, International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has filed a technical report regarding a pre-feasibility study for the Company’s Livengood Gold Project. A copy of the press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.
