Notification from Incoming Principal Financial and Principal Accounting Officer

As previously disclosed, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Janel Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Edward S. Riley as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective as of August 28, 2023 (the “Effective Date”). On August 18, 2023, Mr. Riley notified the Company that he will no longer be joining the Company.
