On May 27, 2025, Traws Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) began using a new corporate presentation. A copy of that corporate presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The presentation will also be posted to the Company’s website.

On May 27, 2025, the Company issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing receipt of guidance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) on the Company’s investigational bird flu and seasonal flu product candidate, tivoxavir marboxil, and plans for stockpiling for pandemic preparedness. A copy of the Press Release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
