On February 27, 2024, United Rentals, Inc. issued a press release (attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1) announcing that members of its executive management team will participate in the 16th Annual Evercore ISI Industrial Conference on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. The conference will include a presentation by Matt Flannery, chief executive officer, and Ted Grace, chief financial officer.
