Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
OGE Energy Corp. ("OGE Energy") is the parent company of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company ("OG&E"), a regulated electric company with approximately 896,000 customers in Oklahoma and western Arkansas.
On February 21, 2024, OGE Energy issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the year ended December 31, 2023 and Board approval of a second quarter dividend. A copy of such press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.01 and incorporated by reference herein.
